Hi Everyone, I'm Jaynine, your Small Business Coach & Life Coach.

I provide coaching services to small business owners and dynamic individuals who are ready to work hard to increase their productivity and earning power while living life on his or her terms.

I am a great listener, strong willed and very determined to see you succeed. I am utterly amazing at getting people to take action. I was raised in a small farming community in Holstein, Iowa. When I graduated high school I joined the United States Marine Corps. My time in the United States Marine Corps has afforded me many eye opening experiences that have contributed to the person I am today. I retired in 2002 after a great 20 year career.

While in the Marine Corps I completed my Bachelors Degree from Park University in Social Psychology. This was no easy task since I was a single mom raising three active children. Simultaneously, I was coaching soccer, leading a Girl Scout troop, and being a den mom. I played the working mom game and won. I received my Masters Degree in General Psychology from Capella University. Currently, I am presently conducting research and writing my dissertation for my PhD in Psychology at Capella University. I have fulfilled the requirements for the North Carolina Substance Abuse Counselor Program. 

I have enjoyed immensely being a Psychotherapist at a residential mental health hospital working with teenagers and their families. In my free time, I have volunteered as a Rape and Domestic Violence Advocate for the local Women's Center. I currently enjoy organizing meetings for our local Coffee and Contacts; a networking organization. I am a member of the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce, American Psychological Association, Coachville, and 24/7 Coaching.

My coaching style is a very eclectic mixture of warmth, compassion, and caring combined with a no nonsense let's get things done confrontational approach. I firmly believe that many people have forgotten or were never afforded the opportunity to dream. I have learned life is very precious and we owe it to ourselves not to settle for anything less than what we are truly capable of achieving. I look forward to being your coach and assisting you in making your dreams come true.
