What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is unique. As your coach, I will be very hands on and go the extra mile to ensure that you WIN. I will be objective and actively involved in making your dreams your reality. You will have a personalized training plan that is unique to your particular game.

I only coach clients on games I have played and won. I will not coach in areas that are out of my scope of expertise. As an honorably retired United States Marine, single mom of three, PhD candidate, and community volunteer I have played many games and won. As your coach I will assist you in making your dreams your reality.
